Terms and Conditions of Active Campaigns

1. CAMPAIGN - OPWELCOME – 10% Off on Your First Purchase

• Eligibility: This campaign is valid for first-time purchases only and can be used once per customer.
  
• How to Redeem:
  • Enter the promo code in the designated promo code field during checkout.
  • Once applied, the 10% discount will be deducted from your total.
    
• Refund Policy:
  • In the case of a return, the refund will reflect the value after the discount has been applied.
    
    

Non-Transferable: The promo code is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Priority of Promotions:
Promotions are not cumulative. If the customer applies a promo code (such as OPWELCOME), it will override any other active offers — including the Free Shipping campaign. The first activated promotion will be the one applied.

2. CAMPAIGN - Free Shipping on Orders Over 100€ (Europe Only)

• Eligibility:
  This campaign offers free shipping for orders over 100€ within Europe only. Available to all customers making qualifying purchases within the European region.
  
  
• How to Redeem:
  Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout when the total value of the order exceeds 100€ and the delivery address is within Europe. No promo code is required.
  
  
• Refund Policy:
  In the event of a full or partial return of items, shipping costs will be borne by the customer, as outlined in our return policy. The refund will be issued for the item(s) returned, excluding the original shipping cost (if applicable).
  
  
• Non-Transferable:
  This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
  
  Priority of Promotions:
  Promotions are not cumulative. If a discount code is used at checkout, it will override the Free Shipping offer, even if the order qualifies by value. The first activated promotion will take precedence.
  

Additional Information:

This promotion applies only to standard shipping within Europe. It does not cover expedited or international shipping outside of Europe.

3. CAMPAIGN – Buy 2, Get 50% Off the 3rd Swim Brief

Eligibility:
This campaign is valid for swim brief purchases.
Customers must add 3 swim briefs to their cart in the same order to benefit from the discount.
The 50% discount applies exclusively to the 3rd item of the lowest value.
The discount does not apply from the 4th item onwards.

How to Redeem:

Add 3 swim briefs to your shopping cart.

The 50% discount will be automatically applied to the 3rd item of the lowest value at checkout.

No promo code is required.

Combination with Free Shipping:
This campaign can be combined with the free shipping offer on orders over €100 (valid for deliveries within Europe, according to that campaign’s conditions).

Refund Policy:
In the event of a partial or full return, the discount amount will be proportionally distributed across the 3 purchased items.
Example:

3 swim briefs with an RRP of €59 each → total without discount: €177.

3rd item with 50% discount → €29.50.

Total paid: €147.50.

Proportional value per item: €49.17.
If one or more items are returned, the refund will be calculated based on this proportional unit value, not the original RRP without discount.

Non-Transferable:
This offer is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts, except for the free shipping offer on orders over €100 (Europe).

Priority of Promotions:
Promotions are not cumulative. If the customer enters another promo code at checkout, it will override the “Buy 2, Get 50% Off the 3rd Swim Brief” campaign, and the first activated promotion will be the one applied.
